To Management or Editorial Staff of the Journal of Humanitarian Affairs,
While I would much prefer to discuss in person a contact number has not been located. I am Robert E. Clark the Mayor of the City of Monroe, Michigan and you recently posted an article regarding a court case involving boxer dogs in Monroe County, Michigan. I am not sure what facts you know or verified on this case, but I will start by stating the City of Monroe has no involvement or jurisdiction since the incident did not occur in the City of Monroe. I would like to speak in person with someone of authority and since my contact information has been irresponsibly posted by your organization I should be easy to contact. You can imagine the result of having done so. Thank you. Mayor Robert E. Clark
