Ghenrietta GordonSince the very ancient times, famous Avicenna pronounced that meat happens to be one of the main provokers of oncological ailments such as cancer. The fact remains that red meat contains “cancer gens” and other negative depositories acquired as a result of cooking meat. In addition, experts say that meat remains in the category of harsh foods which take a very long time to digest and therefore sit if you will, in one’s digestive system for a substantial amount of time.

Human anatomy has been designed to use lighter foods such as fruit, nuts, grain and vegetables. Meat can cause a very prolonged and difficult problem to our anatomic structure simply because of it being in our system for such a long time and on top of all, after remaining in one’s digestive system for numerous days, it starts to putrefy and poison organs that are containing it. Centuries ago, the main utilized food products were fruit and vegetables, as well as various bean plants. Meat was used on very rare occasions and in quite limited portions. Nowadays, people use red meat foods as their prime source of a daily meal not thinking about consequence such diet can create.

Experts also note that one of the most dangerous things that add to consuming red meat products is that farmers and meat factories use a lot of hormones and chemical additions in the animals’ food that provoke a very fast body growth in a very short time frame. These particular hormones and chemicals make a negative impact on the animals’ meat while they are still alive. The negative depositories stay in that meat after an animal has been slaughtered, creating a long-term side affect for an unsuspecting consumer.

Many untraditional sources claim that before an animal gets slaughtered and while still in the transition period of such horrid preparation, a huge amount of adrenalin is being released into that animal’s blood stream, which then goes into the meat. After consuming such meat, a person can acquire a lot of anxiety and stress… which that animal felt before it got slaughtered. The fact has not been proven scientifically; yet it remains as an explanation why meat eaters experience a lot of stress and anxiety after consuming the meat.

One of the best and reliable sources in all mankind history, the Bible also dictates that God had created plants, fruit, and vegetables for human consumption. It doesn’t say He created cows and other animals so people could slaughter and eat them. It does indicate that He had created animals for the human kind rather as companions, and not the main course…
