Fred , what I have learned by getting old is that I am better able to accept and adapt to life on life’s terms and less anxiety, worry, fretting in another words I am less bothered by negative stimuli and am able to take things in stride. The bad news about getting old is, now you are considered “too old” for a job or to be hired. I hired older people and they were more reliable than younger employees and of course not being able to get a good night’s sleep.
